From the Cedar Crest dock, this camp will teach
the art of sailing and racing radio-controlled boats.
Campers can expect to learn the ropes for both a
12m-sailboat replica, just like those that race
in the Americas Cup every four years, and an offshore
powerboat replica, like those that race from Miami
to the Bahamas.
Campers will start the week by deconstructing each
type of boat in order to learn how the boats are
built and how they operate. The next two days will
be spent concentrating on technical training from
the Cedar Crest boat dock. Thursday and Friday will
be spent putting the knowledge gained from the beginning
of the week into practice through head-to-head competition.
Each camper will have his/her offshore race throughout
the week, sail boats will be used in teams of two.

Space is limited to 10 campers per week
Camp is open to boys and girls ages 7-12
