Join the Oakland Yard Athletics staff for a week full
of fun field trips. Each morning campers will
start the day participating in team building activities
before heading out for our daily destination at
10:30 am. Daily activities are listed below:
Monday: Game Works and a movie
at Star Theatres at Great Lake Crossing. (The
movie will be age appropriate).
Tuesday: Detroit Science Center
Wednesday: Detroit Zoo
Thursday: Trips 1
- Comerica Stadium,
Detroit Tigers vs. Seattle Mariners(1:05 pm start
time).
Trips 2 - Comerican Stadium
Detroit Tigers vs Chicago White Sox's(1:05 pm
start time).
Friday: Zap Zone (in Waterford)
for Laser Tag.
Parents are welcome to join us for the Tigers
game on Thursday. Please contact Philip (douse@oaklandyard.com)
to make reservations for the game.
Daily return times are
estimated below. Parents will be contacted via
cell phone to give accurate return times upon
request. All meals, park entrance fees
and game tokens are included in the camp cost.
This week of trips is open to girls and boys,
ages 8 to 14.
Enrollment is limited to 12 campers. A minimum
of 10 campers is required for this camp to run.
Parents will be notified the week prior to camp
of enrollment status.
