How it Works?
Campers will use their passport on a daily basis
to check in with their
respective counselors once they enter our campus
through the front-gated area. Counselors will
use this passport and the
information contained therein as a quick reference
for
attendance and emergency information. Upon receipt
of your child’s
passport, we request that you refer to the appropriate
pages
and fill in the required information with a
pencil. If someone other than
yourself will be picking up your child at the
end of the
day, it is imperative that you record this information
in the passport. We
understand that the protection of your privacy
is
important, therefore, we do not ask for your
home address or personal
information in the passport. Camper passports
will be
returned to each child at the end of the day
when their parent checks
them out with their counselor.
There is a one-time passport fee of
$5 per child regardless of
the number of camps for which they are registered.
This
passport will never expire and can be used as
long as the required
photograph of your child is updated each year.
Replacement of a lost
passport is $5.
